1. Shipping Locations

We ship exclusively within the United States, including the 50 states and Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international locations at this time.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders under $100 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 business days) and orders over $100 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). To ensure privacy, all shipments are discreetly packaged in unbranded bubble mailers, with no logos or identifying marks from ASC.

If you would like the seeds to ship in small zip bags instead of their original packaging, please state "ZIP BAGS" in the Order Comments under the Shipping tab.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@aseedcompany.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@aseedcompany.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
